Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 5 to7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Ebooks and audiobooks are delivered immediately on receiving payment using email.

Shipping time for paperbacks / hard copy books

It depends on which country you’re in, and which shipping option you choose at checkout. We ship domestically and internationally.

Each book is printed and sent to you specifically from the independent printer that I use and they might be printed in different countries than where the order is from.

You will be able to track your purchase through the link on the email you get after the purchase. You will be provided an email update on the email address used at the time of purchase of the shipping time.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within X days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at susanna@thenordicmum.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

We ship to P.O boxes however please check your shipping options at the time of purchase as this might vary from country to country.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

Returns

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Digital products such as eBooks and audiobooks cannot be returned.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Audiobooks and ebooks are non-returnable items. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Refund (If Applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
– Book with obvious signs of use
– Books not in their original condition or are damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
– Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
